摘 要:分析了阀门铸钢件可能出现的不同种类夹杂和缩松缺陷的形成机制及工艺控制思路。消除夹杂类缺陷,应采用大孔出流理论设计浇注系统,开放式截面比例,快速浇注,实现大流量低流速平稳洁净的充填;注意脱氧精炼效果,有效净化钢液;加强浇注系统的挡渣功能,包括使用过滤技术等。消除缩松缺陷,应从强化补缩工艺设计入手,采用冒口、冷铁、保温补贴相结合,力求提高冒口补缩效果。The formation mechanism of the possible shrinkage and the different inclusion in valve steel casting and process control are analyzed. The main reason of the formation of the inclusion defects are unreasonable design of the pouring system, smaller flow gate, higher discharge velocity and the longer pouring time. Large discharge of the pour system, open cross-section ratio, fast pouring should be used to achieve the smooth filling with large discharge and low-velocity. Results of deoxidization refinement should be attended to purify liquid steel effectively; Skimming of the gating system should be strengthened, including using filtering technology and so on. In order to enhance feeding effect, riser should be used along with cold chill and insulation pad.
