球铁连杆中心反白口的防控措施

摘　　要：采用瞬时孕育工艺,解决球化孕育衰退问题,改善压缩机连杆中的石墨分布,消除中心反白口,改善了综合力学性能,提高了连杆的使用寿命。此瞬时孕育的工艺方法可应用于其它球墨铸铁薄壁杆件的反白口缺陷的防止上。The instant inoculation was used to prevent fading, improve the graphite distribution in the compressors connecting rod, eliminate reverse chill in the centre of connecting rod, improve comprehensive mechanical properties, and improve the service life of the connecting rod greatly. The process method can be applied to prevent the formation of cementite in other spheroidal graphite cast iron bar.
