摘 要:为了验证两段式软接触电磁连铸结晶器的透磁效果,实验测试了两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度及弯月面高度,并与传统结晶器进行比较。结果表明,结晶器顶部的不锈钢法兰可有效防止过多的磁力线由结晶器顶部直接漏入而影响结晶器的透磁效果;两段式结晶器的透磁效果随结晶器壁厚的减小而增强。高频25 kHz条件下,壁厚为10 mm的两段式结晶器的透磁效果小于纯铜结晶器的透磁效果;壁厚为7 mm的两段式结晶器的透磁效果大于纯铜结晶器的透磁效果;壁厚为5 mm的两段式结晶器的透磁效果是纯铜结晶器的4.5倍;改变结晶器的结构参数和电磁参数,两段式结晶器可以达到良好的透磁效果并形成相应的弯月面。In order to understand the penetration of magnetic field in two-stage slitless mold for soft- contact electromagnetic continuous casting, the magnetic flux density and the height of meniscus in two-stage mold and conventional mold were compared through experimental measurement.
