摘 要:目的:研究灵芝孢子粉(GSP)、双歧杆菌(BB)对小白鼠肠道菌群失调的治疗作用。方法:用盐酸林可霉素注射液给实验小鼠灌胃0.36 g/kg连续6 d,建立小鼠菌群失调模型。将小鼠随机分成11组,每组10只,包括一个正常对照组(CG),一个菌群失调模型组(MIG)和9个治疗组(根据不同剂量和治疗方法建立的3个GSP治疗组,3个BB治疗组以及3个共同治疗组)。连续6 d后,处死小鼠,取直肠粪便并用生理盐水稀释成1×10-7、1×10-8、1×10-9三个稀释度,行有氧及厌氧培养48 h后作菌落计数,数据进行统计学处理。结果:成功建立了小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,MIG组的需氧菌和厌氧菌菌落计数均低于CG组,并且在经过GSP和BB治疗后小鼠肠道菌群数量明显得到恢复,其中高剂量灵芝孢子粉和高剂量双歧杆菌治疗组的效果最好,与CG组及相应中、低剂量组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GSP和BB对治疗因抗生素引起的肠道菌群失调有显著的作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma spore powder (GSP) and bifidobacteria (BB) on the intestinal microflora imbalance of mice. Methods: The mouse model of intestinal microflora imbalance were established by intragastric administration of lincomycin hydrochloride injection at a dose of 0.36g/kg for 6 days. The mice were randomly divided into 11 groups (10 mice in each) including one normal control group (CG), one microflora imbalance model group (MIG) and 9 treatment groups (3 for GSP, 3 for BB, and 3 for their combination in terms of different dosages and treating programs). In 6 days of treatment, mice were killed and intestinal dejection was collected and diluted with asepsis NS into three different concentrations: 1 × 10^-7, 1 × 10^-8, and 1 × 10^-9. The dejection dilutions were cultivated for 48 hours under oxygen or anoxic conditions and the obtained bacterial colonies were counted. Data were statistically analyzed with variance analysis method. Results: The model of mice with intestinal microflora imbalance was successfully established. The colony numbers of both aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria in MIG were less than those of CG, and the colony numbers in microflora imbalanced mice increased after the treatment of GSP or BB. In groups treated with high dosages of GSP or BB, the best curative results were obtained and significantly different from those of CG and groups received low dosages ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: GSP and BB have obvious therapeutic effect on intestinal microflora imbalance of mice .
