摘　　要：介绍近年来港口大型装卸设备因台风造成损失和现有港口防风装置存在不足，论述设计防风装置应考虑的问题及较实用的结构形式，如：锚定和系缆装置的布置及其设计、新型防爬器结构形式和门腿与台车的连接形式等。The damage of large loading/unloading equipment at port terminals in recent years caused by tropical gust and the drawbacks pertinent to current protective device against wind are presented.The problems to be considered in designing protective devices against wind and practical constructions are discussed,e.g.allocation of anchoring device and positioning cable and their design,construction of new type anti creep device,connection form of legs and dodges,etc.
