摘　　要：对2000年-2007年中国金融服务业的创新进行了系统的研究,分析了金融创新对中国金融发展水平的宏观影响,通过分析金融监管文件的发布频率对中国金融三大子行业的制度创新特征和演进路径进行了研究,进一步比较分析了中国金融产品创新的主要特征.研究结果表明：1）政府主导的金融创新对于中国金融的发展水平有较大的影响,中国金融活跃程度有所增加;2）三大金融行业的制度创新具有不同的侧重点和动态发展特征,银行业有相对比较明显的制度创新演进脉络,保险业的制度创新路径与银行业相比,在产品业务创新和风险管理机制创新的先后顺序上有所不同,而证券业则没有明显的制度创新演进脉络,但是在风险管理与公司治理的制度创新上有加强的趋势;3）中国金融产品的创新类型主要是流动性-增强型和信用-引致型创新,货币市场和外汇市场开始关注价格-风险转移型创新,而商业银行的信用-风险转移型和资本市场的价格风险-转移型是急需重点发展的创新类型.This paper makes a systematic study on innovations of financial service industry in China between 2000 and 2007. We analyze macro effects of financial innovations upon Chinese finance development level. And then, through investigating the frequency of the authorities issuing rules, we research primary dynamic characteristics and evolution route of innovations on financial institution in three sub-sectors of finance. Moreover we classify new financial instrmentsand make a comparison with the innovations in international finance. The results show： 1） financial innovations dominated by state have considerable effects on Chinese finance development level, financial behave becomes more and more active; 2） about innovations on financial institution, both banking and insurance have comparatively clear evolution routes with the difference in the sequence of innovations on instnunents and risk management, while there has no obvious route in securities with a trend in strengthening risk management and company governs; 3 ） most of new financial instrurents in China are liquidity-enhancing innovations and credit-generating innovations, in money market and foreign exchange market price-risk-transferring innovations start to attract attention, while there are in urgent development of credit-risk-transferring innovations in banking and price-risk-transferring in securities.
