摘  要:目的测定α细辛脑巴布剂在家兔体内的相对生物利用度。方法家兔口服α细辛脑胶囊和外用巴布剂交叉实验,HPLC分别测定血药浓度,采用3P97软件中的统计程序计算生物利用度。结果家兔体内生物利用度表明,α细辛脑巴布剂的生物利用度明显高于胶囊剂,两者相对生物利用度为1180.6%。结论α细辛脑巴布剂是一种安全、有效的局部给药制剂。OBJECTIVE To determine the relative bioavailability of α-asarone cataplasm in vivo on rabbit to prove the feasibility of α-asarone cataplasm. METHODS A crossover test was used on rabbit with oral administration and dermal cataplasm. Drug concentration in blood was determined by HPLC, then the relative bioavailability of α-asarone cataplasm was figured out with 3p97 program on computer. RESULTS The relative bioavailability of α-asarone cataplasm test proved that the bioavailability of α-asarone cataplasm was obviously superior to capsule. The relative bioavailability of α-asarone cataplasm and capsule was 1180.6%. CONCLUSION The test results proved that the dermal cataplasma could enhance the bioavailability of α-asarone. It' s a safe and effective pharmaceutical form.
