摘　　要：目的对多糖铁复合物的结构研究进行综述。方法综述了多糖铁复合物的结构模型及其铁核的精细结构研究进展。结果和结论多糖铁复合物可能以鞘状结构存在,其精细结构有待进一步深入。OBJECTIVE To review the progress in the structural studies of polysaccharide-iron complex. METHODS The structural model of polysaccharide-iron complex and the fine structure of iron core in polysaccharide-iron complex was reviewed. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Polysaccharide-iron complex may exist as a sheath structure, but the fine structure needs further investigating.
