摘　　要：目的建立安痛藤中有效成分岩白菜素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇：水（23：77）；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长为275nm；柱温为30℃。结果岩白菜素在0．0875～1．40μg内有良好线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为101．3％，RSD为1．9％。结论该方法准确、稳定、简便、可行。OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for the determination of bergenin in Cissus assamica （Laws.） was established. METHODS HPLC method was carried out through Inertsil ODS-3 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） chromatography column with a mobile phase of methanol-water（23：77 ） and flew velocity of 1.0 mL · min^-1 and detection wavelength of 275 nm, temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The standard curves of bergenin showed good linearity within the range of 0. 087 5 - 1.40 μg, r = 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 101.3% , RSD was 1.9%. CONCLUSION The method was quick, simple, accurate and reliable for the determination of bergenin in Cissus assamica（ Laws. ）.
