摘  要:目的测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。方法采用最大吸收波长法测定水杨酸的含量。用紫外分光光度法测定苯甲酸的对照液和混合液的吸收光谱,并对紫外吸收光谱进行连续小波变换,提取只与苯甲酸有关的特征小波系数的方法测定苯甲酸的含量。结果水杨酸的线性范围为5~30μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),苯甲酸的线性范围10~60μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)。水杨酸、苯甲酸的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.36%,1.02%;99.09%,1.67%。结论本法与传统方法相比,要求条件较低,不需要物理化学分离,分析速度快,精确度较高,适用于该制剂的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To find a better method to determine the content of compound Benzoic acid tincture. METHODS Maximal wavelength was used to determine the content of salicylic acid. The absorption spectrum of benzoic acid standard and that of the mixed solution were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the ultraviolet spectra was manipulated by continuous wavelet transform to obtain eigen wavelet coefficients that only correlated with the concentration of benzoic acid, the regression equation was established by eigen wavelet coefficients. RESULTS The linear range of salicylic acid was 5 - 30 μg · mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 8 ), the average recovery was 99.36% ( RSD = 1. 02% ). The linear range of benzoic acid was 10 - 60 μg · mL^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.09% ( RSD = 1.67% ). CONCLUSION Compared with the traditional method, this method is more simple and it is not required to do physical or chemical separation, the speed of analysis is high and the accuracy is quite good.
