摘 要:在一起典型的油田专用高压湿蒸汽发生器的爆管事故中,通过采集样品进行技术分析,发现水处理过程里加入的Na2SO3除氧剂起到致关重要的作用,特别是水质中Na2SO3过剩,对油田专用高压湿蒸汽发生器辐射段炉管极其有害。炉水中过剩的Na2SO3在高温高压状态下,分解成H2S和SO2,加速对金属的碱性及酸性腐蚀,产生氢脆裂纹,这就是爆管的原因。为此,提出慎用或不用Na2SO3的论点,对油田专用高压湿蒸汽发生器的管理具有积极作用。It is found that the Na2SO3, a kind of deoxidant, play a vital role in a typical explosion accident of to be used specially for oil-field high pressure wet steam-occurer. Collected some samples to analyse and found that the superfluous Na2SO3 in the boiler water may produce H2S and SO2in high pressure and high temperature, which may speed up metallic corrosion and crack. This is the main reason of explosion accidents in an oil field high pressure wet steam-occurer. Therefore ,using Na2SO3 carefully or abandoning it has a caution function to be used specially for oil field high pressure wet steam-occurer.
