摘  要:实测了二次穿孔机轧制最大毛管时上下传动轴的动态扭矩信号,并测得低温钢在咬人困难下穿孔机传动轴产生的扭振波形与幅值,通过对传动轴的强度进行分析校核,最后得出齿轮箱输入轴接手断裂是由于本身制造缺陷或疲劳所致。Having tested the dynamic signals of top and bottom transmission shafts' rolling torsions of the second punch when it is rolling crude tubes who have maximum diameter, meantime also tested the wave pattern and the amplitude formed by transmission shafts'torsion and librafion while the low - temperature steel is under gripping difficulty, analyzed the intensity of transmission shafts and finally concluded that the rupture of input - shaft catcher at gear box is caused by manufacture disfigurement or fatigue.
