摘　　要：目的了解山西省太原市传染病网络直报工作质量,发现影响直报质量的因素。方法从《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中获取太原市2005-2007年各级各类医疗机构报告的传染病报告卡,将报告卡分年度对传染病信息报告与审核的及时性、完整性、准确性进行统计分析。结果太原市传染病网络直报工作质量呈逐年上升趋势,2007年工作质量提高幅度明显增大。结论太原市传染病网络直报工作质量有待进一步提高,加强信息报告的及时性是关键。Objective By assessing the performance of the infectious disease network report system in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, the study summarizes the influential factors associated with the quality of these network reports. Methods Report cards of infectious diseases in each level of medical institution in Talyuan from 2005 to 2007 were collected from the Disease Surveillance Information Report Management System, of which the quality and timeliness, comprehensiveness and precision of verification in separate years was statistically analyzed. Results The quality of infectious disease network reports in Taiyuan was found to be improving by year. Significant betterment was seen in 2007. Conclusion Further improvement is expected in the performance of the infectious disease network report system in Taiyuan, to which the key will be a warrant for the timeliness.
