摘　　要：目的了解广西柳州市城区内各级医疗机构法定报告传染病报告质量。方法采用横断面研究方法,制定统一的调查方案和问卷对市区内所有医疗机构进行现场调查,将调查结果与网络直报数据进行比对。结果2006年柳州市调查了全市4个城区的47家各级医疗机构,查阅病例632722例,法定传染病总漏报率为2.58%,其中甲、乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为0、2.08%和3.82%;总迟报率9.18%,总诊断准确率为89.62%。各级医疗机构中,区级医院和私立医院的漏报率最高,分别是9.68%和9.46%;省级医院的迟报率最高,达18.63%,其次是私立医院,为14.86%。漏报率最高的前5种传染病依次是风疹(25.00%)、尖锐湿疣(16.67%)、流行性腮腺炎(6.25%)、细菌性痢疾(4.62%)和梅毒(3.20%)。结论柳州市医疗机构法定传染病报告总体情况良好,但仍存在一定数量的漏报和迟报,诊断的准确性不高,存在误报、多报等问题。Objective The present study was conducted to investigate the quality of report of notifiable infectious diseases in each level of medical institutions in Liuzhou city, Guangxi, Methods A field cross-sectional study with designed questionnaires was conducted according to standardized procedures to investigate the medical institutions in the city, the results of which would be compared with corresponding online direct reporting data. Results A total of 47 medical institutions of different levels from 4 separate districts in the city were surveyed, 632 722 case report forms were reviewed. As a result, omission rate of report of notifiable infectious diseases was 2.58%, and class A, B and C notifiable diseases accounted for 0, 2.08% and 3.82%, respectively. The overall delay rate of report reached 9.18%. The overall diagnostic accuracy was 89.62%. Delay rates were predominant in provincial hospitals, being 18.63%, followed by private hospitals with the rate of 14.86%. The five infectious diseases primarily involved in omission were in turn rubella （25.00%）, condyloma acuminata （16.67%）, mumps （6.25%）, bacillary dysentery （4.62%） and syphilis （3.20%）. Conclusion The quality of report of notifiable infectious diseases was believed to be satisfying with occasional omission and delay. Higher diagnostic accuracy was to be desired.
