轻度哮喘持续状态患者吸入普米克气雾剂的用药时间探讨

摘　　要：目的：观察轻度哮喘持续状态的患者雾化吸入普米克气雾剂的作用和治疗时间。方法：95例患者给予雾化吸入200～400μg的普米克气雾剂，监测患者治疗前和治疗后6、12个月的峰流速值、用药时间和停药时间。结果：经过治疗后，两组间的峰流速值有显著性差异，轻度哮喘持续状态患者用药时间（8．1±7．77）个月，停药时间（3．90±1．69）个月。结论：雾化吸入普米克气雾剂对治疗哮喘效果明显，疗程为8个月左右。可以停用普米克气雾剂4个月左右。Objective： To observe the effect of pulmicort inhalation and time of treatment about mild asthma of continuative. Method： 95 patients were treated with the different dose of pulmicort inhalation 200- 400 μg dose were give oento three times perday. The peak expiratory flow of patient were examined before treatment and 0, 6, 12 months after treatment, The time of inhalation and stop wereexamined. Result： There were obvious difference in the PEF of patient after treatment （P 〈 0.05） between two groups. Mild asthma of continuative＇ s time of treatment were about （8.1± 7,7） months and time of stop were （3.90 ± 1.69） months. Conclusions： The treatment of pulmicort inhalation could get significant effect in bronchial asthma, mild asthma need 8 months of inhalation time and can stop four months.
