摘 要:随着石油、化工、冶金、生物等领域的飞速发展,对物质成份进行定性和定量分析的要求更加严格。在气相色谱仪中采用热导检测器(TCD)检测物质成份的浓度变化,具有构造简单、测定范围广、稳定性好、线性范围宽等优点。针对基于单片机AT89S52热导检测器的各单元进行了分析与设计,并采用ISIS软件对由铼钨丝构成的惠斯顿电桥信号进行了仿真。最后,对影响热导检测器灵敏度的原因和热导检测器常见故障进行了分析。With the rapid development of the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and biology, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the material elements is needed now. As the thermal conductivity detector (TCD) is used in the modern:gas chromatography analytical instrument, it has some advantages of the simple structure, wide linear determining range and good stability. The analysis and design of the components in the thermal conductivity detector (TCD) with chip-computer AT89S52 has been done, and the characteristic of the electric bridge circuit with the rhenium tungsten filament is simulated by the ISIS simulation software. Finally, the reasons of the sensitivity effect and the failure condition of the thermal conductivity detector are given.
