摘  要:目的观察辛伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠血中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平的影响,以了解其对糖尿病大血管病变的保护作用。方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分为正常对照组(A组)、糖尿病组(B组)、辛伐他汀治疗组(C组)。糖尿病大鼠模型建立1周后,C组以辛伐他汀20mg/(kg·d)灌胃,A组和B组灌以相应量的蒸馏水,检测各组每周血糖、检测第8周血清中MCP-1、ICAM-1水平。结果血糖水平B组和C组相近,均显著高于A组(P<0.01);第8周B组和C组血中MCP-1、ICAM-1水平均显著高于A组(P<0.01),其中C组较B组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论辛伐他汀在调脂治疗的同时有一定的抗炎作用,对糖尿病大血管病变提供保护。Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on the blood serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) levels, and its protective effects on macroangiopathy. Methods 24 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to normal control (group A) group, diabetic (group B)group and simvastatin treatment ( group C) group. Rats in group C were treated with simvastatin 20 mg/( kg · d) one week after the establishment of diabetic model; while group A and B were treated with corresponding distilled water. Peripheral blood glucose levels were testsd weekly and serum MCP-1 and ICAM-1 levels, at the 8th week. Results At the 2nd,4th and 8th week ,blood glucose levels in group B were similar to those of group C, which were much higher than those of group A. Serum MCP-1 and ICAM-1 levels in group B and group C were higher than that of group A(P 〈0. 01 ) ,and serum MCP-1 and ICAM-1 levels in group C were lower than that of group B(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion Simvastatin has of anti-inflammation effect, which may play some protection role against the progress of atherogenesis in diabetic rats.
