摘 要:目的构建卫生统计调查元数据概念模型,为信息化环境下卫生统计信息的共享、有效利用与管理提供信息标准方面的支撑。方法围绕卫生统计调查的生命周期,用UML建立卫生统计调查元数据概念模型。结果从统计调查周期中抽象出8个关键环节的元数据,8个环节包括:①调查设计;②数据来源;③变量、指标、分类与标准;④数据存储;⑤数据处理;⑥数据产品;⑦调查质量;⑧调查组织与管理。8个环节共抽象出36个元数据实体,114个相关属性。UML概念模型形式化展示了元数据的类、类属性及类间关系。结论卫生统计调查元数据概念模型架起了人与计算机之间的语义桥梁,对于促进信息化环境下统计信息资源的共享、有效管理和利用具有重要意义。Objective To support sharing, use and management of health statistical information efficiently in electronic environment by using the conceptual model of metadata about health statistical surveys. Methods Building the conceptual model of metadata for the key processes of the life circle of a health statistical survey by using UML. Results Metadata about 8 key processes of statistical surveys were abstracted. These metadata were about survey design, data sources, variables, indicators, classifications and standard, data storage, data processing, data productions, survey quality and survey organization. They were classified 36 classes and 114 attributes related with the classes. The UML diagram presented formally these classes, attributes and relation among classes. Conclusion The conceptual model of metadata about health statistical surveys built a semantic bridge between people and computers. It was very important to improve sharing, use and management of health statistical information in electronic environment.
