摘 要:为比较哈巴特肉仔鸡在春分、夏至、秋分和冬至四个不同节气时的血糖值,分别在同一年度的春分、夏至、秋分和冬至的当天测定12日龄哈巴特肉仔鸡的空腹血糖值。结果表明:哈巴特肉仔鸡的血糖值在夏至时为最低,冬至时为最高,且冬至时极显著地高于春分和夏至(P<0.01),秋分时极显著地高于夏至(P<0.01),而血糖值春分和秋分之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。可见,随着季节的变换,哈巴特肉仔鸡的血糖值也发生相应变化。To observe the effect of four solar term on blood sugar of broiler chicken, the blood sugar values of five ll-day old Hubbard broilers after fasting 12 hours were measured by blood glucose monitor (GLUCOTREND R2) at the day of the vernal equinox, the summer solstice, the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice in a year respectively. The results showed that the blood sugar level of Hubbard broilers was the highest at the winter solstice and the lowest at the summer solstice. The bird's blood sugar value at the winter solstice was significantly higher than those at the vernal equinox and the summer solstice ( P〈0.01 ), and this value at the autumnal equinox was higher than that at the summer solstice ( P〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the birds' blood sugar values between at the vernal equinox and at the autumnal equinox ( P〉 0.05 ). The results suggested that the bird's blood sugar level changed with season variation relevantly.
