摘　　要：简要介绍重庆医科大学学科馆员工作产生的原因,通过研究本校开展学科馆员工作的具体实践措施,指出在医科大学的学科馆员工作遴选对口学科优秀研究生做学科馆员助理来协助学科馆员工作是一个较好的办法。This paper briefly introduces the reason of the subject librarian development in Chongqing Medical university, as the result of study on the subject librarian program in the college, the author points out that subject librarian program in medical Colleges chooses the excellent graduate students from corresponding subject to assist subject librarian is a good way.
