小儿止咳露(澳特斯)佐治儿童支气管肺炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿止咳露(澳特斯)佐治儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效评价。方法选择2006年6月至2007年6月确诊为支气管肺炎住院患儿120例,随机分为小儿止咳露(澳特斯)组60例,对照组60例,治疗疗程均为7d,对治疗后症状、体征消失时间以及治愈率进行比较。结果治疗组治愈率,咳嗽消失、缓解喘憋及缩短肺部罗音时间均明显优于对照组。仅2.0%患儿有轻度恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论小儿止咳露(澳特斯)是一种适用于各年龄期小儿支气管肺炎的安全有效的止咳化痰药,价格便宜,经济有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Oster anticough syrup adjunct treatment on children with bronchopneumonia. Methods 120 children were randomly divided into two groups,who were diagnosised as bronchopneumonia in June 2006 between June 2007 in our department. The treatment group （ n = 60） were treated by Oster anticough syrup. The control group （n=60）were on the same basic conditions as the the treatment group. The courses of treatment were both for 7 days, The effect and extinction time of symptoms and physical signs were observed. Results The treament group were shown to be significantly improved in cure rate. The duration of cough, breathe heavly and raies in lungs in the treament group was obviously shorterned than that in the control group. And the side effects, such as gently sicchasia and emesis, were appeared in only 2% of them. Conclusion Oster antieough syrup is a kind of a safe and effective expectorant and antitussive which is applicable for children with different ages.
