摘 要:目的认真落实《处方管理办法》,了解门诊处方书写质量现状,规范处方管理,提高处方质量,加强推行全院处方书写标准化。方法根据《处方管理办法》条例,处方标准,中国药典,药品说明书,院发〔2007〕41号文件,对不符合处方标准的处方进行审核、分析并整改。抽取2007年9月门诊中成药处方与推行整改后2008年1月门诊中成药处方进行调查。结果不合格处方书写主要反映在处方内容上,包括前记、正文和后记。经过整改,处方合格率由70.26%上升到95.83%,提高了处方书写质量。结论强调处方书写的重要性;加强新药信息的沟通和药师处方审核;建立健全医院处方管理制度,是提高处方书写标准化的有力保障。Objective Earnestly implement "Prescriptions Administrant Methods", understand the quality of prescription writing in clinic today, norm manage, improving quality, strengthen carry out standardization of prescription writing in whole hospital. Methods According to "Prescriptions Administrant Methods" rules, prescription standard, chinese pharmacopeia, drug manual, hospital issue No. 41 [2007] document, examine and analyze and then rectify the prescriptions' errors. Selecte and analyze the clinic' s Chinese Patent Drug prescriptions of 2 months, Septemper 2007 and January 2008 which have reformed. Results The main questions of un-qualified prescriptions is the questions of content writing, included Preface, Text and Postcript. Accoding to rectify and reform,the qualified rate goes up 95.83% from 70. 26% ,and the Quality of prescription writing is raised greatly. Conclusion This is to improve the standardization of prescription writing ,there are to accentuate the importance of quality of prescription writing, to reinforce the new medicine messages' communicate and strict examine the prescriptions, to establish and improve the hospital management system of prescription.
