摘　　要：和谐是中国传统文化的基本理念,体现了中国传统文化的最核心价值,是"社会主义和谐社会"的思想渊源之一。构建社会主义和谐社会是一个复杂的系统工程,人的心理和谐已成为构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义,高校是整个社会体系的重要组成部分,高校心理和谐教育对构建社会和谐有重要意义。Harmony is the basic concept of the Chinese traditional culture and embodies the value of the Chinese traditional culture at its innermost core. It is one of the ideological origins of ＂the harmonious socialist society＂. Building the harmonious socialist society is a complex systematic project and the human mental harmony a due element in the building of the harmonious socialist society. As the institution of higher learning is an important part in the entire social system, the mental harmony education in the institution of higher learning is of great significance in the building of social harmony.
