摘  要:川东北河坝1井是一口异常高压、高产、高温和含硫复杂气井。该井采用光油管进行替喷测试时,在清水替浆过程中出现漏失,替浆中途即转入放喷排液。因井口压力高、天然气产量大,被迫关井。由于关井期间井口压力超限且采气树出现窜漏,常规压井技术进行压井未成功。经对置换法压井技术工艺原理及施工程序的探讨,采用置换法压井技术一次压井成功,排除了险情。Heba1 well in north-east of Sichuan province is a complex sulfur one with abnormal high pressure, high production, high temperature. Leak occurs in course of water displacing mud when displaced testing by polished tubing, and displacing mud changes into jet to discharge fluid. It is forced to close well because of high pressure in well head and high production of natural gas. For pressure in well head going beyond the limit during closing well and gas producing tree fleeing and leaking, killing well is failure by convention killing well tech. By approaching tech province and construction program of killing well tech with replacement method, killing well at once time is successful to use killing well tech by replacement method, and removes dangerous state.
