摘 要:根据煤层气井排采的特点,结合传统采油技术,设计了新疆油田煤层气井排采的井下管柱结构及地面流程。在排采过程中,选用了易于控制的无级变速抽油机,自行研制了井下永久压力计,可实时监测井下压力和温度,为排采过程监控提供了所需的参数。应用情况表明,该排采工艺技术能较好地满足新疆油田煤层气井排采的需要。According to characteristic of out-flow and extraction for coal bed methane well, combing with the traditional oil recovery tech, down hole pipe string structure and surface process are designed for out-flow and extraction in coal bed methane well in Xinjiang oilfield. During process of out-flow and extraction, well pumping unit is chosen which is easy to be controlled with stepless speed change, and permanence type of gauge down hole developed by oneself which can monitor down hole pressure and temperature on time , and provide parameters needed for monitoring the course of out-flow and extraction. Application shows that this tech of out-flow and extraction can meet demands of out-flow and extraction for coal bed methane well in Xinjiang oilfield.
