摘　　要：目的:实现HIS系统、PASS系统和超然PIVAS管理系统与针剂、片剂全自动摆药机在我院肿瘤大楼药房中的联合应用与管理。方法:总结我院肿瘤大楼药房信息系统的无缝对接经验,分析信息系统的联合应用情况。结果:通过信息系统的无缝对接,肿瘤大楼药房实现了数据共享、保证了工作流程的流畅、提高了药学服务水平。结论:不同信息系统的无缝联合应用可有效地整合药房的各项工作流程,有利于全方位一体化药学服务模式的建立和运行,适于进一步推广。Objective： To investigate and analyze the combination and management of different kinds of information systems （Hospital Information System, Prescription Automatic Screening System and Chaoran PIVAS） in the pharmacy of tumor building in our hospital. Methods： To summarize the experience of strict joint of different kinds of information systems, and analyze their combined application. Results： By the strict joint of different information systems, the pharmacy of tumor building made the data share, ensure the fluent working flow and improve the level of pharmacy service. Conclusion： The strict joint of different kinds of information systems can incorporate all kinds of working flow in the pharmacy effectively. It＇s advantageous for the founding and running of integrative pharmacy service mode and should be spreaded further.
