摘　　要：目的:了解我院中药房取药患者对中药煎煮的认知程度。方法:对本院中药房就诊患者或其家属采用随机问卷方式,进行调查分析。结果:调查表回收率为81%,较好者占69.13%,一般为22.22%,较差为8.64%。能够正确煎煮中药者只有30%,大部分不知道或者对如何正确煎煮中药知道不多。结论:在中药房开展正确煎煮中药的宣传和资讯服务是必要的。Objective： To understand the cognition degree of patients about decoction of cut crude drug in our hospital. Methods： The patients or their families were surveyed and analyzed by random questionnaire survey. Results： The callback rate of questionnaire was 81%. Fine results accounted for 69.13% only, while common quality results accounted for 22.22% and relatively poor results occupied 8.64%. Patients of decocting correctly were 30% only. Most patients knew nothing or knew little about how to decoct cut crud drug correctly. Conclusion： It is necessary to make advertisement of how to decoct cut crude drug and provide the nharmaceutical information service （PIS）.
