摘　　要：目的:制备呋己栓,满足临床需要。方法:以明胶为基质,用熔融法制备,并对其进行稳定性和局部刺激性试验及临床疗效观察。结果:所得制剂工艺简便易行,疗效确切,稳定性好,无刺激性。结论:该制剂值得临床推广应用。Objective： To prepare fuji suppositories for clinical needs. Methods： Fuji suppositories were prepared with gelatin by melting method. The studies on stability and local irritation tests and the clinical effect of fuji suppository were carried out. Results： Fuji suppositories were effective, nonirritant and stable. The preparation technology was simple and feasible. Conclusion： Fuji sup-positories can be widely used in clinic.
