摘 要:根据乳化炸药的敏化机理,在乳化基质相同条件下,考察不同敏化温度所制取乳化炸药稳定性.在进行一定次数高低温循环后,观测样品的物理状态变化,测试乳化炸药的爆炸性能及硝酸铵析出量,据此来评价乳化炸药稳定性.得到了乳化炸药储存稳定性与敏化温度的关系.结果表明:敏化温度对乳化炸药稳定性有很大影响,温度过低和过高都不利于乳化炸药体系的稳定;在一定组成条件下,乳化基质有一个最佳敏化温度,在此温度下敏化的乳化炸药稳定性最优.According to sensitizing theory of emulsion explosives, the stability of the emulsion explosives sensitized by different temperatures was examined. The stability of the emulsion explosives was estimated by observing physical state of test samples, and testing explosive performance and the amount of ammonium nitrate leached out after the high low temperature cycle experiment. It got the relationship with the sensitive temperature and the storage stability of the emulsion explosives. Research results show that sensitive temperatures affect the stability of the emulsion explosives evidently, and emulsion explosives are unstable in high or low sensitive temperature, emulsion base has best sensitive temperature in which the stability of emulsion explosives is the superior.
