摘  要:采用正交组合回归设计实验方法,研究了二次淬火温度对27SiMn钢强度和硬度的影响.分析了该钢奥氏体逆相变亚温淬火后的组织与性能.实验表明,27SiMn钢经810—850℃奥氏体逆相变淬火,得到极细的板条状马氏体组织;淬火温度较低时,马氏体板条之间分布着条状的铁素体;在实验的温度范围内,随淬火温度升高,其强硬性升高,850℃淬火时,该钢的强硬性最高.The effect of secondary quenching temperature on 27SiMn steel's strength and hardness was studied by the orthogonal regressive principle. The microstructure and property of the steel after austenite inverse phase transformation sub-temperature quenching was analyzed. Experiment results show that the very fine lath martensite of 27SiMn steel is obtained through austenite inverse phase transformation quenching at 810 - 850 ℃. The strip ferrite is distributed in between martensite laths at low temperature quenched. Within the range of experiment' s temperature, the strength and hardness of this steel is inreased along with quenching temperature going up. 27SiMn steel can obtain the most fine tensile strength and hardness quenched at 850℃.
