江西民办高校大学生的社会支持与心理健康关系的研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解民办高校大学生的社会支持情况,并探讨社会支持对大学生心理健康的影响。[方法]采用社会支持量表(SSRS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对民办高校332名大学生进行施测。[结果]不同性别的大学生在对支持的利用度和家庭支持上存在显著差异;独生子女与非独生子女在客观支持、主观支持以及家庭支持上有着显著差异;来自城市与农村的大学生在对支持的利用度和朋友支持上存在显著差异。相关回归分析表明民办高校大学生的社会支持对其心理健康有显著的影响。[结论]社会支持对民办高校大学生的心理健康有显著影响。[Objective] To explore the relationship between social support and mental health of undergraduate students in private university. [ Methods ] 332 undergraduate students were collected as our subjects. They were tested with Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） as well as Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）. [ Results] The significant gender differences existed in degrees of emploving support and family support. Only child and non-only child had significant differences in objective support, subjective support and family support. And there were also Significant differences in degrees of employing support and friend support between the students from the city and from the country. Stepwise regression analysis revealed that social support obviously affected mental health of the undergraduate students in private university, [Conclusion ] Social support is correlated with mental health and the improvement of social support is good to reinforce the mental health of undergraduate students in private universityi.
