血镉测定的质量控制

摘　　要：[目的]总结质控考核实验结果。[方法]取0.2ml盲样、血液标准样品,加0.8ml5%硝酸溶液混匀,离心,取上清液10μl,AA6601F石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计检测。[结果]γ=0.9994,盲样RSD为9.40%、9.49%。[结论]盲样结果落在标准值±3SD范围内,考核合格。[Objective] To summarize experimental results of assessment for quality control. [Methods] Added 0,8ml 5% HNO3 to 0.2ml blind and standard biood sample, centrifuge, took 10ul supernatant fluid to test by AA6601 GF-AAS. [ Results ]γ=0.9994 ,RSD of blind sample was 9.40% and 9.49% respectively. [Conclusion] The result of blind sample is within ±3SD standard value, so assessment is eligible.
