摘  要:[目的]探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)不同时期血浆血管性血友病因子抗原(vWF:Ag)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及尿转铁蛋白(UTRF)的变化,探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的发生机理,以寻找早期筛选DR的指标。[方法]129例2型糖尿病患者分无视网膜病变组(NDR)71例、背景期视网膜病变组(BDR)39例和增殖期视网膜病变组(PDR)19例,采用速率散射比浊法检测UAER和UTRF,酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法(ELISA)测定vWF:Ag,同时设健康体检者60人为对照组。[结果]3组糖尿病患者vWF:Ag、UAER和UTRF水平均高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。UAER与UTRF二种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),UTRF灵敏度高于UAER。[结论]检测vWF:Ag、UAER和UTRF对早期发现糖尿病视网膜病变有重要意义。[Objective] To investigate the levels ofvon willebrand factor: antigen (vWF: Ag), Urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and urinary transferring (UTRF) in different stages of DR and their implication. [Methods] 129 cases with type 2 diabetes patients were divided into three groups: no diabetic retinopathy group (NDR) 71 cases, background diabetic retinopathy group (BDR) 39 and proliferative diabetic retinopathy group (PDR) 19. UAER and UTRF were measured by rate nephelometry method, vWF: Ag was measured by ELISA. [ Results] The serum levels of vWF: Ag, UAER and UTRF in patients with NDR, BDR and PDR were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Between UAER and UTRF, there was a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ), UTRF was higher than UAER. [Conclusion] Detection of vWF: Ag, UAER and UTRF is very important for early discovery of diabetic retinopathy.
