摘　　要：针对高校扩招以来图书馆实行藏借阅一体化后,读者速增、馆员紧张等信息流通工作中出现的一些问题作了分析,在此基础上提出了建议和具体的解决方法。This passage aims to analyze some problems during the course of information after the entrance to universities and colleges is enlarged and the system of keeping,borrowing and reading books in libraries is put into practice which results in the number of readers being increased and librarians being short. Besides, some advice and specific ways to solve problems are put forward.
