摘 要:用螯合树脂做富集柱浓缩Cr3+,结合流动注射技术,用火焰原子吸收法进行测定;选用盐酸羟胺为还原剂,将Cr6+还原为Cr3+后测定总铬,以达到分别测定Cr3+和Cr6+的目的。实验得出合适的富集速率、解析液的浓度和解析速率及各种离子对本实验的干扰;通过实验得到方法检出限、线性范围、精密度、回收率等数据。The chelate resin was used as enrichment column to concentrate chromium (Ⅲ), flame atomic absorption method coupled with flow injection technique was adopted to determine Chromium (Ⅲ). Hydroxylamine hydrochloride was chosen as reducer to reduce Cr^6+ to Cr^3+ for determining the total chromium, and then Cr^6+ and Cr^3+ can be measured separately. Through the experiment, the optimal parameters were analyzed, including concentrating rate, analytic liquid concentration, analytic rate and etc. Finally LOD, linearity scope, precision and recovery rate are obtained.
