摘 要:利用铜模吸铸法制备了厚度为1mm片状的[(Fe0.53Nd0.37Al0.1)96B4]100-xNbx(x=0,2,4,6,8)合金。采用示差扫描量热法(DSC),振动样品磁强计(VSM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪研究了Nb对该合金非晶形成能力、热稳定性和磁性能的影响。结果表明,Nb元素的添加可以有效提高合金的非晶形成能力和热稳定性,且显著提高了合金的饱和磁化强度。一定量的Nb元素(≥4at%)将抑制合金中Nd2Fe14B硬磁相的析出,使合金的磁性能从硬磁性转变成软磁性。The [(Fe0.53Nd0.37Al0.1)96B4]100-xNbx (x=0~8) alloy plate of lmm in thickness were prepared by suction casting into the copper mold. The glass-forming ability, thermal stability and magnetic properties for the [(Fe0.53Nd0.37Al0.1)96B4]100-xNbx bulk alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the addition of Nb could effectively enhance the glass-forming ability, thermal stability and saturation magnetization of the alloys. But the precipitation of hard magnetic phase Nd2Fe14B will be inhibited by the certain addition of Nb (≥4at%), which leads to the transformation of magnetic properties from hard magnetic property to the soft magnetic property.
