摘 要:将经过不同条件处理的Zr-Sn-Nb合金样品放在装有0.01mol/L的LiOH溶液、350℃、16.8MPa的高压釜中腐蚀,用椭圆偏振法研究氧化膜中四方氧化锆对Zr-Sn-Nb合金耐腐蚀性的影响。研究发现,经过42和190d腐蚀后,580℃/冷轧/500℃样品中的四方氧化锆比其它样品多,但是腐蚀速率却相反。说明了少量的四方氧化锆是影响Zr-Sn-Nb合金耐腐蚀性的主要因素之一,四方氧化锆的形成提高了合金的耐腐蚀性。Zr-Sn-Nb alloy specimens treated in different ways were exposed to 0.01 mol/L LiOH aqueous solution at 350℃, 16.8 MPa in autoclave. Spectroscopy Ellipsometry (S-E) was applied to investigate the effect of tetragonaI ZrO2 (t-ZrO2) in oxide film on corrosion resistance of Zr-Sn-Nb alloy. It was found that the 580 ℃/C.R/500℃ specimen corroded for 42 days and 190 days have more t-ZrO2 than other two specimens. But it is converses to the corrosion rate. It is suggested that the small amount of t-ZrO2 is a main factor to affect the corrosion resistance ability and the corrosion resistance is improved by the formation of t-ZrO2.
