摘 要:为了简化震害预测工作,从以往震害实例中选取了具有典型破坏特点的建筑物作为样本,提出以房屋的结构类型、高度、建设年代、现状质量和用途为震害影响因子的震害特征类比预测方法.与传统方法比较,本文方法精度较高,作为城市群体震害预测分析是可行的.该方法应用于厦门市群体建筑震害预测,并对其震害结果进行了统计分析.To simplity seismic disaster prediction, a method for predicting a city's buildings' seismic disaster was presented in this paper. Typical destroyed buildings were collected as samples from many previous earthquakes. It has been proved that the model is more precise than that of traditional methods, and it is feasible for predicting city buildings' seismic disaster. This method was applied to the prediction of seismic disaster of Xiamen city's buildings, and the result has been analyzed.
