摘 要:以郑单958为材料,研究了不同浓度氯化钾浸种对衰老玉米种子的萌发和萌发种子抗氧化酶活性、脱氢酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,0.1~10.0mmol/L氯化钾处理,能提高玉米种子的发芽势、活力指数和单株幼苗干质量,还提高了种子萌发时抗氧化酶和脱氢酶活性,降低了MDA含量,增加了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量。这说明氯化钾处理提高了玉米种子萌发期间的抗氧化水平,减缓了脂质过氧化作用,维持了质膜结构的完整性,加快了种子萌发时的物质代谢速率,这可能是钾处理促进衰老玉米种子萌发的生理机制。This paper using the summer maize hybrids Zhengdan958 as the experimental material, the effects of different concentrations of KC1 on the aging seeds germination of maize and some physiological characteristics including the activities of antioxidase and dehydrogenase, the contents of malondialdehyde ( MDA), soluble sugar and soluble protein were analyzed. The results showed that 0.1 - 10.0 mmol/L KCl treatments could increase the germination potential, the vigor index and dry weight of seedlings of maize. It was also observed that the activities of antioxidase and dehydrogenase and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased, but the content of MDA decreased. The results indicated that KCltreatments enhanced antioxidation level, mitigated lipid peroxidation, maintenanced the integrity of plasma membrane and improved substance metabolism rate of germinating seeds, and this might be the physiological mechanism of the aging maize seeds germination accelerated by potassium.
