摘  要:棉花海陆杂交杂种优势的研究与利用是有效改善棉花纤维品质的新途径。以海陆杂交P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1、BC2六个世代为研究材料,采用莫惠栋改进的世代均值分析的加性—显性模型和加性—显性—上位性模型估计有关研究性状的遗传背景效应(m)、加性效应(a)、显性效应(d)、加性×加性上位性效应(i)、加性×显性上位性效应(j)和显性×显性上位性效应(l),并进一步探讨杂种优势产生的遗传机制。试验结果表明衣分的遗传以加性效应为主;单铃重的遗传比较复杂,不符合加性—显性模型和加性—显性—上位性模型;株铃数和皮棉产量均存在加性效应、显性效应、加性×加性上位性效应和显性×显性上位性效应,其遗传方式符合加性—显性—上位性模型;绒长和马克隆值只存在加性效应和显性效应,其遗传方式符合加性—显性模型;比强度、整齐度、伸长率都存在着加性、显性和上位性作用,其遗传方式均符合加性—显性—上位性模型。The study and utilization of heterosis of Gossypium Hirsutum × G. Barbadense is a new way to improve the traits of cotton fiber. In the test, we made P1, P2, F1, F2 . BC1, BC2 six generations as experiment materials, using the genetic analysis of generations means improved by Mo Huidong on quatitative traits of additive-dominance model(A-D model) and additive-dominant-epistatic model(A-D-I model). We estimated the background (m) . additive effect (a) . dominant effects (d) . additive×additive effects (i). additive × dominant effects(j) . dominant × dominant(I) and other epistatic effects, to explore the genetic mechanisms of heterosis. The results show the inheritance of lint percentage mainly appears additive effect; and the inheritance of boll weight is complicated, neither the A-D model nor the A-D-I model; additive, dominant. Additive × additive, dominant × dominant epistatic effects are exist in boll number and cotton yield which are suitable for the A-D-I model;Fiber length and micronaire only have additive effect and dominance effect,suitable for the A-D model:fiber strength.degree of fiber, regularity extensibility all have additive, dominance and epistasis effect, suitable for the A-D-I model.
