摘　　要：阐述了油气管道完整性管理的概念,认为在管道建设阶段开展完整性管理非常必要。针对管道失效的原因进行了分析,确定了油气管道建设阶段必须采集的数据,并对数据填报过程中可能存在的问题,给出了如何保证数据及时、准确及完整的相关措施。This paper describes the conception of integrity management of oil & gas pipeline and considers that the integrity management of oil & gas pipeline carried out during pipeline construction period is very necessary. An analysis is made aiming at failure causes of oil & gas pipeline and the data have to be acquired for the oil & gas pipeline during its construction are determined based on the analysis results. For the issues during data filling-in and reporting, relative measures to assure promptness, exactness and completeness of data are presented in the article.
