摘  要:麻黄草进行液态发酵,发酵后的草在60℃常压下水提3次,每次料液比均为1∶10(g∶mL),每次2.5 h,过滤,合并3次得滤液。滤液用两级膜进行处理。第一级膜为纳滤膜,其作用是除杂,效果为麻黄碱透过率高达98%,杂质截留率达25%。纳滤膜滤液过二级膜(反渗透膜)浓缩分离,麻黄碱被完全截留,滤液无颜色,电导接近生活用水,可循环利用于水提部分。整套工艺解决了传统工艺中高温高压提取、NaOH和二甲苯的用量大及污水排放等严重的问题,且膜设备操作简单、易于清洗,可实现自动化、连续化生产。Ephedrine which had been fermented in liquid state was extracted three times by water at 60℃, solid/liquid ratio of each time was 1 : 10, and extracting for 2.5 h, the filtrate was obtained by filtering, and deal it with two membrane equipments. The first membrane could get rid of impurity, it had 98% permeation rate of ephedrine and 25% section rate of impurity. Then put the filtrate of the first membrane into the second membrane which had 100% permeation rate of ephedrine. After that, the filtrate had no color and low conductance, and can be used in the part of extracting by water. We used this new method to solve the problems of traditional method, like extracting in high temperature high pressure, big dosages of NaOH and the dimethylbenzene and a serious contaminate, and the membrane equipments were very easy operational and clean out to carry out robotieized and continuous production.
