欠发达地区文献资源共建共享的构想——以滨州市为例

摘　　要：欠发达地区由于受经济条件制约,文献资源不足,更需要共建共享,形成区域性文献保障体系。文章以滨州市为例,论证了文献资源共建共享的必要性和可行性,提出应具备的条件,最后探讨了共建共享的内容。As a result of restriction of economic condition, the literature resource in underdeveloped area is instfficient, Therefore, these areas need the sharing of literature resource so as to form the regional literature resource safegourd system. Taking Binzhou as an example, tiffs article proved the necessity and feasibility of sharing the literature resources, and came up with the terms of such sharing. Finally, it discussed the content of literature resources construction and sharing.
