摘　　要：本文重点讨论了在新环境下如何提高图书馆书刊管理工作的质量问题。在注重分析的基础上提出了相应的整改措施。This article mainly discussed on how to improve the management of books and journals in the library Under new circumstances. Relavant rectifying and reforming measures have been put forward on the basis of attaching importance to analysis, To enhance the overall quality of librarians and to strengthen the psychological and moral educa- tion of readers on campus are aiming at improving the management of books and journals in the library as well as reducing the loss of books and journals.
