摘　　要：建立资源共享、空间开放的信息共享空间(Information Commons,简称IC)服务体系是大学图书馆融入大学教学与研究过程的当务之急。文章指出了开放存取环境下图书馆现行的服务体系难以适应用户需求,并从物理层、虚拟层、服务层三方面进一步探讨了基于用户需求的IC服务体系构建方案。Establishing information commons service system is the urgent matter for university library. This paper pointed out that the existing service system of university library could hardly meet the user＇s need with open access. It also discussed IC service system from the aspects of physical layer, virtual layer and service layer.
