摘　　要：学科馆员制度的组织基础是传统图书馆"以书为本"、"以业务管理为中心"的运作模式向现代的"以学科为基础"、"以用户为中心"的图书馆业务新的整合。本文针对目前国内大学图书馆实施学科馆员制度缺失相应的组织基础的现实,探讨支撑大学图书馆学科馆员制度的基本组织平台。The organization foundation of subject librarian system is transferred from the traditional ＂books oriented＂ and ＂business management centered＂ operation mode to the new integrated of ＂discipline based＂ and ＂user oriented＂ library business. In view of lack of organization structure when domestic university library implemented disci- pline librarian .system, this paper put forward the fimdamental organization platform to support discipline librarian system of university library.
