摘　　要：改进了一种基于贝叶斯定理的S势能函数并应用于对loop结构的测试取得较好结果,证明S势能函数对loop结构预测是可行的和有效的。测定结果说明S势能函数的辨别率高于RAPDF势能函数,对loop结构具有较好的预测能力。In this article,an S potential energy function based on Bayesian theorem is presented which is used to test the loop decoys.The fine result shows that this S potential energy function is efficient and suited for loop structure prediction and the prediction ability is better than the RAPDF by the discrimination rate of the loop structure.
