摘 要:为使学校武术真正成为"弘扬民族精神"的具体实践途径,首先对以浙江省为主的全国中小学进行了广泛调查,并在此基础上进行了分析、论证,认为:1)学校武术在弘扬和培育民族精神方面的定位是培养"在具备勇于拼搏、坚忍不拔的竞争精神的基础上,追求和谐相处"的精神;2)学校武术在价值功能上的定位是让学生通过追求增强防卫能力的目标,来实现增强体质、增进健康,传承民族文化、弘扬民族精神的目的;3)学校武术的技术体系可采用如下方案:小学以简单实用的基本功、基本技术、基本组合为主;初中以基本技术、基本组合的对抗性练习为主;高中以一些由实用的组合连接而成的简短套路为主;大学以不同风格的拳种、不同类型的武术选项为主。武术操、搏击操可贯穿于从小学到大学的课间操的始终。In order to make school Wushu really become the concrete practical means of "carrying forward national spirit", an investigation, which is taken Zhejiang province as the main subject, has been made firstly. Then, on the bases of analysis and argumentation, the conclusion is drawn as follows : 1 ) the fixation of Wushu' s education on how to develop national spirit is to cultivate the spirit that pursue going together harmoniously on the basis of training the warlike spirit and casting teenagers will and spirit that is "dare to strive, dare to keep forging ahead and positive upwards";2)The value fixation of developing school Wushu is to realize the purpose of building up health, succeeding national culture and carrying forward national spirit by the way that let students pursue the goal of strengthening the defense ability; 3)The technical system of school Wushu can be designed as follows: the contents should be simple and practical, basic technique and basic unit in primary school, antagonistic exercises of basic fundamental and basic unit in junior middle school, some brief series formed by some practical unit in high school, different styles and different kinds of Wushu in university.
