摘　　要：针对磷化工艺中存在的除油不彻底、用水量大、废水处理量大等问题,提出了改进磷化工艺措施。试验表明,该工艺在提高产品质量的同时,实现了资源的循环利用,节约资源,减少对环境的污染。Aiming at the problem of oil removal, large water consumption and large waste water treatment in phosphating process,improvement measure of phosphating process is put forward. On the basis of practice production, this process can not only improve production quality, but also realize the circulative use of resources, and thus save resource and reduce environmental pollution.
