摘  要:针对电站锅炉状态监测中无法定量评价燃烧稳定性能的不足,研究基于分形原理的炉膛压力R/S分析,计算相应的Hurst指数。根据电站常规运行方式,定义稳态、变负荷和异常三种典型工况,指出典型工况的燃烧稳定性能优劣可由计算得到的Hurst指数近似衡量。以一台600 MW电站锅炉为例,验证了该指数对于燃烧状态实时监测的有效性和实用性。To overcome the absence of quantification evaluation for the combustion stability in slate monitoring of the power boiler, R/S analysis of furnace pressure based on the fractal theory was studied and the Hurst index was computed. After distinguished the stable load operation, variable load operation and abnormal operation based on the rule of load control, the combustion stability performance of these typed operations were approximately evaluated by the Hurst index. A calculating case was provided to monitor the continuous 4 hours process of a 600 MW power boiler. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
